commissions are strictly for personal use only, the illustration can't be used for profit.

YOU CAN NOT USE/SELL, EDIT/MODIFY, MAKE MERCHANDISE, CLAIM CREDIT, OR USE MY ARTWORK FOR ADVERTISING UNLESS COMMERCIAL RIGHTS ARE PURCHASED.

commercial rights will cost an additional fee (please contact me directly for more details and agreements).

artist reserves all the rights over commission results, can post it online and attach it to portfolio (if you'd like to keep your commission private please let me know beforehand).

respond clearly and timely.

provide necessary reference information during the commissioning process.

credit the artist when posting commission online.

don't remove the watermark if it's there.

normally deadlines are 1 to 2 weeks. (specific dates should be discussed with the artist directly).

artist will keep you updated throughout the process.

commission may be edited during sketch, lineart and flat colour revisions only. once the rendering starts you will be charged an extra fee for additional changes (not including ones that were necessary by the artist's fault).

full prepayment for a sketch commission.

rendered options can be 50% payment before i start working on a commission and other 50% once i start rendering.

you will receive high quality commission files only after the payment is complete.

the commission will be paid through PayPal directly (friends and family, invoices don't work in my country).

no refunds. by sending the payment you agree to all the terms mentioned here.
